This is a homemade recipe that can make you a lot of Pancakes. Let’s start with making the dry pancake mix. Most of these ingredients can be found in your pantry.

Dry pancake mix.

In order to make the Fluffy Pancakes, we first have to make the dry pancake mix. You will need the following ingredients…

  • 4 cups of Flour
  • 1 cup of Sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp of salt

Mix all of your dry ingredients together. This is your dry pancake mix. You can store this in an air tight container.

Next we need to make the pancake batter. You will need the following ingredients.

  • 1 cup of dry pancake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil
  • 1 tsp of Cinnamon (optional)

Mix everything together until there isn’t any lumps. Be careful not to over stir.

Set your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray your sheet pan with vegetable oil.

Pour your pancake batter onto your greased sheet pan. Spread your batter evenly. Place your pan uncovered in the oven for 25 minutes.

For the last 3 minutes, turn on your broiler function on your oven. This will give your pancakes that nice golden color ontop.

Remove from the oven and let it cool down for about 2 minutes. I usually just cut it up into squares and serve.

The best part about making pancakes in the oven is that everyone gets to enjoy hot, fresh pancakes together.
