Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray your sheet pan with cooking oil.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together to make your dry pancake mix. Take one cup of the mixture and add to your bowl. Store the leftover mixture for future use.
4 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together until there isn't any more lumps.
