1tspJalapeno flakesoptional for spicey
1tspCajun 2 Step crawfish boil seasoningoptional for spicey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Chop your chicken tenderloins, onion, and bell pepper. Making sure to remove the inners of the pepper. You want big chunks for the skewers.
Grab your skewer, add a piece of onion to it followed by a piece of the bacon. We are just going to poke a hole in the bacon in the beginning and then at the end. During the layering process we are only wrapping it around. So, onion, bacon, chicken, bell pepper, then wrap bacon around stick and repeat layering.
It's seasoning time. Mix all the seasoning ingredients together and then shake the mixture on top of the skewers. The optional seasoning above is just for the extra spice factor. If you love spice, add that also.
Place these on a tinfoil baking pan, and drizzle the Worcestershire sauce on top.
Air Fry at 350 degrees for 25 minutes if you have that option. If not, just bake at the same temperature and check after 25 minutes to see if they are done. Add time if they need it.
Take out and enjoy.
