Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground meat
  • 1 can Bush's Baked Beans original
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatos
  • 2 Cans Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 half Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 3 tsp Garlic salt
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place your ground meat in the Instant Pot. Add your water and beef cubes.
  • Next add in your beans, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, and seasonings.
  • Close and secure your lid.
  • Set the pressure to high and set the time for 18 minutes, with a semi release.
  • After the time, carefully remove your lid and stir your Sweet Chili. Breaking up any large pieces of meat.
  • Serve and enjoy the Sweet Chili with your favorite cornbread or fritos and cheese.

Notes

 
If you are using frozen ground meat, just adjust your time to 22 minutes. 
If you do not have the Instant Pot Max for the semi release function its not a deal breaker. Instead you will let it do a natural release for 5 minutes, then a quick release. 
This is a great meal for toddlers and baby-led weaning.
